Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.: orders received by 11 a.m. are dispatched the next working day, those received after 11 a.m. will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Order delivery
Upon delivery of the package, customers are asked to inspect it thoroughly before signing to confirm the delivery of the order. Goods become property of the customer by signing.
